Nandamuri Balakrishna's Dictator is all ready for a grand release on 14th as Sankranthi Special. The makers have already intensified the promotions. According to a little birdie in Filmnagar, Dictator is extensively inspired from a Hollywood film, Equalizer. It is a 2014 film which drew mixed reactions when released but when on to become a big hit commercially.
Equalizer is an action, crime thriller. Kona Venkat and Gopi Mohan seem to have made some changes to the central story line to suit Balakrishna's image. The makers will kick-start their promotions with the Platinum disk function tomorrow in Hyderabad. JRC convention is booked as the event venue. They are planning aggressive pre-release and post-release promotions for the film.
Dictator is a very prestigious film in Balakrishna's career. It is the 99th film in the actor's illustrious career. It is also the first release of Balakrishna after becoming an MLA. Loukyam fame Srivas is wielding megaphone for this movie. He is also the co-producer of the film along with Eros International. Anjali and Sonal Chauhan are the heroines. Thaman is the music composer.
