Mexican-American actress Kate del Castillo has lashed out all the reports against her relationship with drug kingpin Joaquin "El Chapo". She said media reports are baseless and false. She took Twitter to make her first official public statement about the controversy which she faces right now.
The controversy sparked when Sean Penn revealed that she was in meeting with the drug kingpin Guzman. The actress responded, "Thanks for all your support over the past few days. Most of them have decided to make their own stories which are not truthful. I look forward to share my original story with you."
The actress became famous with the TV show, 'The Queen of the South'. Reports said that when the drug King pin escaped from Prison, both Del Castillo and Sean penn met him at an undisclosed location in Mexico. But she denied that rumours too.
At the same time authorities have taken texts from the king pin where has drooled over her beauty. He also has expressed his desire to meet her. Now Authorities are investigating whether any crimes were committed during the meeting between the actors and Guzman.
