Actor Vimal never had a release in 2015. Most of his movies face failure and rest of them struggle to get a release. His 'Maapilai Singam', 'Irandavathu Padam' got delayed and now his most anticipated 'Anjala' which faced repeated delays has got a new release date.
Gopi Sunder who composed tunes for 'Bangalore Naatkal' is the music composer. Technical team includes Ravi Kannan for cinematography and K.L.Praveen for editing portion. MG Murugan is the Art director. Dhilip Suburayan funds the project under Farmers Master Plan Production banner.
Thangam Saravanan makes his directorial debut with this movie. He earlier joined hands with Director Writer Rathna Kumar, Moorthi and Director Sakthi Soundar Rajan. Apart from Vimal and Nandita the movie also features Imaan Annachi, 'Aadu Kalam ' Murugadoss and Subbu Panju.
Auraa cinemas who bagged the rights of the movie has now confirmed that the movie will release this coming weekend along with Siddharth's 'Jil Jung Juck' and Fox Star India's 'Dead Pool'.
