Vijay Sethupathi was last seen in 'Naanum Rowdy Dhaan' and that was a huge success. Now he awaits release of 'Sethupathi' where he has done role of a cop. The movie was funded by Shan Sutharsan under Vansan movies banner. The Audio was released under Think Music label and it received positive vibes.
S.U.Arun Kumar who shaped 'Panayaarum Padminiyum' directs this movie. The movie also brings the 'Pizza' pair. Remya Nambeesan does the female lead role. The movie has Vela Ramamurthy and Nirmal Vinod in supporting character roles. Technical team includes A.Sreekar Prasad for editing.
In this case, there was a buzz that two of the Vijay Sethupathi movies will release on same day and there will be more trouble. But now 'Kaadalum Kadanthu Pogum' movie is postponed to month of March.
'Sethupathi' will be the only release for Vijay Sethupathi this year. The movie will hit screens on February 19th and it will be facing stiff competition from Jayam Ravi's 'Miruthan' movie.
