A new era has begun wherein some of the forgotten heroines of the yesteryears are coming back onscreen in some way or the other. While some are becoming onscreen mothers or character artists some are taking the small screen route to relive their old glory and make some money as well.
One more to join that list is Suhasini Maniratnam. Known for her elegant and decent roles throughout her career, Suhasini is now attempting a new venture on TV. This is happening in Tamil and it is heard that she would be hosting a talk show called as ‘Autograph’.
And there is a specialty to it. Sources say Suhasini is going to invite the black and white era heroines such as Saroja Devi, Sowcar Janaki, Anjali Devi and others and would be refreshing the experiences of cinema during that time and their experiences. If this concept works the show would be entering Telugu also.
