Ajay Devgan fondly known as Ajay Devgn is an Indian actor who works predominantly in Bollywood movies. He is one of the most famous and popular actors in Hindi cinema. He has appeared in more than 100 movies and has bagged numerous awards and has been honoured by Government of India with Padma Shri in 2016.
He is son of Director Veeru Devgan. Devgan started his career with 'Phool Aur Kaante' in 1991 and he got Filmfare award for Best Male Debut for his performance. Later he acted in critically acclaimed movies and he even got National Award for Best Actor.
He also has his own production company Ajay Devgn Films and it was established in 2000. He also made his debut as film director with the movie 'U Me Aur Hum'. He tied knot with actress Kajol in 1999 and the couple are blessed with two children. By 2009, he changed his surname from 'Devgan' to 'Devgn'.
The actor was last seen in the movie 'Drishyam' and it was a huge hit stuff. He also did a cameo role in 'Fitoor'. Right now he is directing, producing and also doing lead role in 'Shivaay'.
