Priyadarshini Chatterjee is announced as the winner of FBB Femina Miss India World by actor Shah Rukh Khan during a star-studded ceremony in Mumbai. The ceremony was completely glamourized with various celebrities from Bollywood. Now Priyadarshini will represent India at Miss World 2016.
Sushruthi Krishna from Bengaluru was the 1st runner up and Pankhuri Gidwani from Lucknow was the 2nd runner up. Shah Rukh as always entertained the contestants with his witty humour and charm. He also promoted his movie 'Fan' before he made announcement of the winners of the pageant.
The jury had celebrities like Sanjay Dutt, Yami Gautam, Arjun Kapoor, Kabir Khan, Amy Jackson, Miss World 2015 Mireia Lalaguna, tennis champ Sania Mirza, Ekta Kapoor and designers Manish Malhotra and Shane Peacock.
The event also had performances from Actors Varun Dhawan, Shahid Kapoor, Tiger Shroff, Jacqueline Fernandez and rapper Badshah. During the final round, everyone walked the ramp and Sunidhi Chauhan was crooning with her hit tracks. The whole show was hosted by Karan Johar and Manish Paul.
