Based on real life stories, it is a trend going on in Bollywood. In such background ‘Sarabjit’ comes. Such biopics are made very carefully as the real essence of the story should not miss. Staring from Bhag Milka Bhag, Mary Kom, Neerja, Manjhi and recently Sultan Khan’s ‘Sultan’ falls to this category. A person crosses Indian border, reaches Pakistan by mistake where he is imprisoned for 20 years. Sarabjit’s sister Dalbir Kour gives many attempts to save his brother is the story.

But unfortunately Pakistan kills Sarabjit. As compensation of Ajmal Kasab, Pakistan hangs Sarabjit. Here Aishwarya Rai and Randeep Huda portraits lead roles. Showing an Indian as messenger, terrorist, imprisoning him in a small box-sized room, torturing Sarabjit is shown in the movie which happened in the past.

It seems Aiswarya acted with heart and soul for the role. She felt like real sister of Sarabjit which is going to be highlight of the movie. Though it is a de glamorized role, she took acting as the important one than others. Mary Kom’s director Omung Kaur is directing the film which is getting released on May 20th.
