Sharman Joshi is an Indian actor who works exclusively for Bollywood projects. He has also worked on Marathi and Gujarati movies. He made his acting debut in Godmother (1999). He made his debut as a co-lead actor in the Hindi film Style (2001), this was followed by supporting roles in blockbusters like, Rang De Basanti (2006), Golmaal (2006), Life in a... Metro (2007) and 3 idiots (2009), Ferrari Ki Sawaari (2012), Hate Story 3 (2015).
• Sharman Joshi's entire family belongs to actors and theatre artists. is father, Arvind Joshi is a veteran of Gujarati theatre, and his aunt Sarita Joshi (Bhosle), sister and cousins acted in Marathi and Gujarati theatre.
• He did role of a deaf character in the famous play 'All the Best' and that ran over 550 shows in three years !
• His debut came in 1999 with the art film 'Godmother'. He was just 20 years old that time.
• By 2009, he hosted a game show at Real T.V. called Poker Face: Dil Sachcha Chehra Jhootha
• He tied knot with Prerana Chopra and has a daughter and twin boys !
• He is also honoured with life membership of International Film And Television Club of Asian Academy of Film & Television.
