Mega Star Chiranjeevi attained superstardom by sheer hardwork and dedication. After ruling the industry unopposed for many decades he vacated the crown for politics. Now he is making his comeback with his 150th film.
Film which is the remake of Katti, titled Kattilantodu will be directed by VV.Vinayak. The film's regular shoot will start soon and now shocking revelation is coming out. Though the film is produced by Chiranjeevi's son Ram Charan on his Konidela Entertainment banner, Chiru is getting a whopping Rs 30crs remuneration.
This surprised many and people wondered why Chiru is doing it. None in the past be it Venkatesh,Nagarjuna,Allu Arjun and Ram Charan received remuneration while starring in their own banners.
Some say Ram Charan is keen to have all accounts in a perfect manner while others say Chiranjeevi is out to prove a point that he is the highest paid actor in Tollywood even after out of the industry for many years. Plans are on to release the film during Sankranthi next year.
