Anjali forayed into cinema industry with 'Angadi Theru' and that movie fetched her a good name. Later she got a good name from 'Engeyum Epothum'. Both these movies earned her a good name.
But when she moved to glamour, she lost her reputation and name. Recently she walked out of cinema due to personal problems. Now she is making a come back and her come back movie is 'Iraivi' in Tamil.
