Similarly Bollywood celebrities have been in the forefront of helping the victims.While Amitabh Bachchan,Sharukh Khan,Salman Khan,Amir Khan are in the forefront of social causes,they actually inherited the trend set by legends like Dilip Kumar,Raj Kapoor and others.
In the rarest of the rare video Dilip Kumar and Raj Kapoor were seen playing cricket match to fight the deadly 1962 drought in Maharashtra which left many people dead.
The match was played at Shivavji Park to collect funds in 1962 to help the drought victims of Maharashtra. The black and white video show jampacked stadium with Dilip Kumar team playing Raj Kapoor team.
