Mahesh Babu's 'Brahmotsavam' bites the dust and the movie tanked at BoxOffice. Right from Premiere shows, there have been lots of negative buzz on the movie. Media lashed out Mahesh Babu for choosing such a pathetic script.

Of course, the movie failed, but it is not too bad as Telugu media claimed it to be. Media exagerrated the negative aspects to a large extent and overshadowed the good things in the movie. That is an undeniable fact.

Earlier we reported that Tamil leading magazing 'Ananda Vikatan' has praised the movie and it blamed the sluggish screenplay for the failure. However they pin-pointed both pros and cons. But most of the Telugu reviews just showcased the negatives alone.

Now another Tamil Magazine 'Kumudam' has praised the movie and has appreciated Mahesh Babu for accepting the script. They also praised the way the script spoke about faimly bonding and relationships. In their final verdict, they have mentioned, the movie would have been a success in 'Tamil Version'.
