Bhojpuri director Nitin N Chandraa has called Priyanka Chopra as Bitchy actress for her debut Bhojpuri production movie 'Bam Bam Bol Raha Hai Kashi'. He also called the movie as 'Vulgar and Obscene'. Nitin.N.Chandraa is none other actress Neetu Chandraa's own brother.
