Lots of speculations and rumours were on that Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra were in a relationship. Neither Sidharth nor Alia Bhatt opened about the relationship. But now Alia has spoken on the relationship. During a recent interview, she said that she is 'Single' and Sidharth is just an extremely important friend in her life.
Speaking to a leading daily she said, "Let me just say this loud and clear - I am single and Sid is a supportive and extremely important friend in my life and will always be that. I always have a comfortable zone with him. I can be anything I want. I can wear a bikini in front of him.
As a friend, I advise Sid to work with every person in the industry because I think he has all the charm, talent and sexiness in the world and the potential to become the biggest superstar of this country! Never in my life, will we ever tell each other what we should or should not do."
She also spoke about her upcoming project with Varun Dhawan. She said, "Badrinath Ki Dulhaniya is a very special project for Varun, director Shashank Khaitan and me. We are all coming back together for the second time."
