Sources have stated that the Malayalam Actor Prithviraj has done a villain role in K V Anand's movie, 'Kana Kanden'. In his next movie with K. Baghyaraj, he has done the lead role in the movie, 'Paarijatham'. He has also acted in 'Mozhi', 'Satham Podathey', 'Velli Thirai', 'Ravanan', 'Kaviya Thalaivan' and many more in Tamil cine field.
In the middle he has not been doing many movies in Kollywood and the reason is his five consecutive super hit movies in Malayalam. Hence he is concentrating in his native films and riding high on his demand there.
Many Kollywood directors are currently approaching him with scripts. It is said that he listens to them and lays the condition that the director directs the movie in both Tamil and Malayalam as he does not want to lose his importance among the native audience in Kerala and so the directors are thinking and are hesitating to direct with him.
