Rajinikanth's Kochadaiyan movie directed by his daughter Soundarya Rajinikanth and K.S.Ravikumar jointly with Soundarya's story released in 2014. The film's Co-Producer Murali Manohar got a loan amount from Ad Bureau Company to produce the film in which Rajinikanth and Latha signed for the guarantee signatory!
It is said by the Ad Bureau that 'Latha Rajinikanth and Murali have promised to give the distribution rights of Kochadaiyan for our company' but allegedly they gave the whole distribution rights for Eros International company! Hence arose the problem that both them forged the Ad Bureau company with making them believe that the distribution rights is for them and finally giving it to another hands.
It is also filed in the complaint that Murali has given only 8 crores and seventy lakhs and is not giving the remaining amount and hence forth filed cheating case against Latha and Murali Manohar. But Karnataka high court cancelled the case by Ad Bureau because of lack of evidences against the producers of film. Now the Ad Bureau has appealed to the supreme court regarding that Latha and co has submitted the forged documents! Now Supreme court has given a notice for an answer from Latha Rajinikanth's side within 4 weeks of time.
