A Bollywood actress has stated that the matter as why Deepika Padukone is given 12 crores for acting in the movie “Padmavathy”. Deepika is the highest paid actress in Bollywood film industry and she is booked to act under the directorial of Sanjay Leela Bansali’s “Padmavathy”.
Deepika will be given 12 crores for “Padmavathy” and earlier Kangana Renaut was the highest paid actress and now Deepika Padukone is in lead position in getting huge remunerations. It is told that Deepika had asked for share from the movie profits and so she is given just 12 crores and share was rejected.
For Bollywood actress no share of profit from movies is given, but the same is given only to male heroes. It is stated that film industry just sees how much a star is paid, rather than how come they are performing. Are they acting decently or exposing more is not seen by anyone.
Only the lead heroes in Bollywood are given equal share of profits apart from their remunerations. But the heroines are not given this share as the reason is not known.
