There are times when some Telugu films have few adult jokes just for entertainment purpose which is fine. But recently one director has emerged and he is coming up with films filled with total adult comedy. This has appealed to the mass youth and the films also became a hit. And it also gave him a tag of ‘Boothu’ director.
He is Maruthi. He made his debut with ‘Ee Rojullo’ and then did another film ‘Bus Stop’. Both films did very well at box office but purely due to the double meaning dialogues. With this, many noted heroes are staying away from Maruthi. It is heard that few months back when he approached Nitin with a story, he had to be stopped midway because Nitin was unable to take the adult flavor.
Now, it is the turn of Sunil. Sources say Maruthi was to do a film with Sunil under the banner of Geetha Arts. But few minutes after listening to the story of Maruthi, Sunil stopped it and declared that he cannot be part of such a ‘Boothu’ film. We have to see who will fall in Maruthi’s net now.
