Nagarjuna Akkineni is someone beyond boundaries. He is quite often known to choose movies in different genre. After acting as Quadriplegic in 'Oopiri', he is stepping into devotional genre. He is right now acting in 'Om Namo Venkatesaya' which is a devotional and biographical movie.
The movie is based on life of Hathi Ram Baba. It is funded by A.Mahesh Reddy under AMR Sai Krupa Entertainments banner. K.Raghavendra Rao directs the project. The movie also features Anushka Shetty, Saurabh Raj Jain, Pragya Jaiswal and Vimala Raman in supporting roles.
M.M.Keeravani is the music composer. Technical team features S.Gopal Reddy for Cinematography and K.Vikram Kumar for editing. The movie went on floors last month and the shooting is progressing at a brisk pace.
Nagarjuna shows his mettle by acting without giving any breaks. Right now the shooting happens at Chikmagalur and the shooting will happen till 20th in this spot. Soon after this, the team will take a small break and will begin the next new schedule next week.
