Writer Vakkantham Vamsi who penned story for several hit films, is aspiring to become a director for a very long time. In fact, that is his dream. He is following NTR for about Three years with a script and the actor is promising to work with him all these days. But kept on postponing the project.
Finally after the release of Janatha Garage and its blockbuster result, NTR changed his mind. He instead asked the writer to do the film with his brother, Kalyan Ram. Vakkantham is not at all happy because Kalyan Ram is not a star director and feels cheated by Junior NTR.
We are told that Vakkantham Vamsi now joined Mega Camp and managed to convince Allu Arjun with the same script. The movie may go on floors sometime in the next year and Nallamalupu Bujji will be producing the film on his Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Banner. Allu Arjun will be completing the half of the shooting of his next, DJ by then.
And from then, he will be simultaneously shooting for both the films. Vakkantham vamsi has a mixed track record as a writer. While he has delivered stories for hits like Temper, he also delivered duds like Kick 2, Oosaravelli, Ashok etc. We will have to see how his new innings progress!
