Creative genius Krishna Vamsi directed the film with a theme of message-oriented political backdrop that is packed with good commercial elements.Nani will be seen in the role of Pra'cash' while the leading lady Catherine Tresa is essaying a Muslim girl role as Noor. Paisa was shot in Hyderabad, Dubai and Malaysia.
Ramesh Puppala is producing it on Yellow Flowers banner. Santosh Rai is handling the camera. The shooting works have come to an end while the post-production works are under progress and meanwhile, the makers are planning to release the film in summer 2013
