We are talking about Balaji Films owned by Ekta Kapoor. Over the years, this production house has been famous for many hit TV serials and now they have also ventured into films. Reports say the offices of Balaji Films and the residences of Ekta Kapoor, her brother Tusshar Kapoor and father Jeetendra were raided simultaneously by the IT authorities.
According to sources, a total of 100 officers took part in this massive raid and the initial reports say many cases of tax evading is being seen. The residences are at Juhu and the raid began at 7 am. Due to this raid, the share value of Balaji Tele Films plummeted and all are waiting to get the official statements from Ekta and the rest.
