If latest speculations are to be believed, South Super Star Rajinikanth is keen on remaking Nandamuri Hero Kalyan Ram’s prestigious 3D project Om. It is a well known fact that, Rajinikanth has good rapport with Nandamuri family. Rajini when heard about Om is made with Hollywood technicians; he watched it at a special screening in Chennai along with family and lauded the team of Kalyan Ram.
Then Rajinikanth praised the brave effort of Kalyan Ram for investing Rs.30 Crores on this path breaking format. “Rajinikanth felt, the technological methods used for few sequences in Om are above the standards of his own 3D film Kochadaiyaan (Vikrama Simha in Telugu). So, he is planning to remake the film in Tamil under his own production with son in law Dhanush as hero. Discussions for remake rights are still on and they will decide on director soon,” a Tamil media report said.
