Top producer Prasad Vara Potluri (PVP) and director Vamsi Paidipally are up against each other after PVP complaining against Vamsi Paidipally with the Producers Council and Telugu Chamber of Commerce for the latter not honouring the commitments and said he suffered losses due to his unprofessional attitude.
PVP alleged that he incurred 20 plus crores losses during Oopiri release as Vamsi Paidipally increased the film budget from the promised 40 Crore to 65 Crore. PVP says it is unethical to shift the story of Mahesh25 to another production house when it was prepared in his office for months together. He claims that the story belongs to him for that reason.
The other day, Vamshi attended the Premiere Show of Ghazi and posed with PVP for the photographs. Buzz in the media circles is that it was Telangana IT Minister KTR who resolved the issue amicably. Vamshi Paidipally shares a good relation with TRS leaders which is ruling Telangana and KTR is one of the closest friends of Vamshi. Wonder what is the settlement between them!
