Vijay's 'Kaththi' under A.R.Murugadoss direction got released in 2014 and the movie was a huge success. The movie spoke the issues of farmers and it was a huge hit. Chiranjeevi who stayed out of movies due to Politics got impressed and he made his comeback with the remake of 'Kaththi' in Telugu version.
Even though there were negative comments, Chiranjeevi never minded those and the movie was a huge success. Now, a leading Tamil Daily has confessed that 'Khaidi No 150' has won Tamil version 'Kaththi' in its closing share at the Box-Office.
As per the media reports, 'Khaidi No 150' has grossed more than 60 Crores than the original Tamil version 'Kaththi'. Chiranjeevi is so happy as his comeback movie gave him a very good name once again. The movie recently completed 50 days of its run.
Trade pundits confess that 'Khaidi No 150' is 2017's first huge blockbuster and only another biggie can break this record. The movie had a dream run in Nizam, Ceded, Uttarandhra areas. Stay tuned for more updates.
