Director Kishore Pardasani (Dolly) must be a happy man as he got reunited with Power Star Pawan Kalyan once again after the stupendous success of the multi-starrer 'Gopala Gopala'. The movie released on March 24th and is running jam packed in most of the screens. Dolly recently opened up about the movie and gave a small chit-chat session with the media.
• Are you happy with the Movie's collection?
The movie opened to full jam-packed houses and the numbers were high. But there has been a drop on Saturday and I heard that the collections are picking up from Sunday evening. As Monday is a working day, there has been a slight decline once again.
• How you got this chance?
I was actually preparing a new script for Pawan garu and on an unexpected note, I got a call from him and he asked me to watch Tamil movie 'Veeram' and make a screenplay to adapt it to Telugu industry.
• About preferring remakes?
I hate doing copy paste to the Original version. You can easily judge that my movies have more differences than the Original.
• Critics lash out Shruti Haasan?
(Stops). She has done exceptionally well and she gave a good performance in the movie
• How was it to handle Power Star?
If the script is clear, it's easy to handle any star. Be it Pawan or Amitabh.
