Kollywood's highly popular filmmaker Maniratnam's Kaatru Veliyidai movie was released on April 7. The movie features Karthi and Aditi Rao Hydari in supreme roles. AR Rahman had scored music for Kaatru Veliyidai.
His movie had received negative comments from the audience as he had showed in his movie that before marrying first one should think for a baby. This message had received negative feedback from many moviegoers.
Maniratnam should realize that Media is a powerful
tool and whatever he says will reach many people's minds. In 'OK Kanmani' he
showed living together relation is not wrong and now in his latest release
'Kaatru Veliyidai' he said having Baby first and marriage next is not a big
deal.
This is definitely not a good sign. A movie motivates many and the message which is conveyed should be realistic, as many youngsters mind may be spoiled when such type of wrong information is passed on. Filmmakers should make a movie which should have positive impact on the people.
