Putting and en the ongoing controversy in Karnataka, actor Sathyaraj issued an apology statement for the comment he made 9 years ago which raked the ruckus now. In a video, Sathyaraj read out an apology statement expressing regret. The statement was drafted by Baahubali team.
Sathyaraj is not at all in favour of an apology but Baahubali team pressurized him to give one. He finally gave but also indicated that he will not work with people who have issues with him. He reportedly also vowed not to work with Rajamouli going further.
Due to this controversy, the makers are releasing the movie on their own in Karnataka taking the risk for themselves. After Sathyaraj's video statement regretting his old comments, Karnataka Chamber Prez says that they will decide after speaking to protestors
