Superstar Mahesh Babu's Spyder missed the June 23rd release date. The team after a brief break will begin the climax shoot of the film from May 2nd and the entire shoot will be complete by this month-end. The makers are planning August 11th release for the movie as Independence Day Weekend Special.
But then, this will mean that the makers are keeping their Tamil prospects at stake as Ajith's Vivegam is also releasing on the same day and a clash will mean that the movie will be done and dusted. Spyder is also being simultaneously made in Tamil. Obviously, a clash with a biggie like Vivegam will mean the Tamil market is gone. Fans are obviously disappointed and worried.
The movie is already a hot cake in trade despite Mahesh Babu's last film, Brahmotsavam being a big disaster at the box office. Rakul Preet Singh is romancing Mahesh Babu for the first time in this film. The movie will see the Superstar playing the role of an intelligence officer and it will be his stylish movie ever.
