It seems to be a huge problem for filmmakers to release a movie without any fuss. Releasing a movie without any barricades is also a big task these days. Especially with online hackers, it has just got tougher.

The recent victim to the list is Pirates of the Caribbean 5. Hackers have threatened Walt Disney to pay a ransom or else the digital version of the movie would be uploaded on the Internet in parts. Hollywood has clearly been a prime target for Cybercriminals.

Even last month, a hacker threatened Netflix to pay a ransom or else the fifth season of Orange is the New Black would be uploaded online. In 2014, Hackers demanded Sony Pictures in a similar manner for 'The Interview' movie which is a comedy genre about a plot to assassinate North Korea's leader Kim Jong-Un.
