Powerstar Pawan Kalyan in all probability may be retiring from films in April 2018 to concentrate fully on his Jana Sena and 2019 elections. His last project will be directed by a flop director, Santosh Srinivas and it will be a remake of Vijay's Police which was earlier dubbed into Telugu as Policeodu.
It will not be a full remake but the director had inspired from the line and developed his own scenes. That means Pawan Kalyan will be turning a Cop once again. Mythri Movies makers will be bankrolling the project. This film will begin first and Pawan Kalyan has given 55 days of his call sheets.
He put a condition to release the movie by the first week of April. Pawan Kalyan has one more project with AM Ratnam but sources say it is unlikely to materialize before 2019 elections. In all probability, Santosh Srinivas' film will be the last if not Pawan Kalyan makes a comeback after the elections.
