Bollywood sources have stated that Sushant Singh Rajput and Sara Ali Khan are coming together on screen for the big Bollywood project, Kedarnath. Rumor mills have been abuzz with stories of Sushant Singh Rajput playing the character of a dacoit in the Abhishek Kapoor film. Meanwhile a source close to Kedarnath revealed Sushant's role in the film in an interview stated that "Sushant will start shooting for Kedarnath from September, and he will be seen as a dacoit in the movie. His role is extremely different from the films that he has done before”.
It was stated that Kedarnath is the Bollywood debut of Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh's daughter Sara Ali Khan. According to director Abhishek Kapoor, the film is a love story set during a pilgrimage.
Kedarnath will be Sushant's second project with his
mentor Abhishek Kapoor. Abhishek directed Sushant's debut Bollywood film, Kai
Po Che in 2013 and according to reports, Sushant and Sara will soon start their
joint script reading sessions which will be followed by a workshop.
