Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja's brother Bharath who was also an actor died in a road accident in Hyderabad ten days ago. No member from Ravi Teja's family came to see the dead body, nor did they attended the funeral. There were reports that some junior artists have to perform the final rites.
Further, the Mass Maharaja was spotted shooting for his movie the very next day of his brother's death. This has maligned Ravi Teja. After a huge public outcry, the actor today attended the 11th day ceremony of his brother and talked to the media about why he missed.
Ravi Teja sounded very unconvincing while he said all his family abandoned the final rites since they lacked the strength to see him like that. He also said he couldn't afford to miss the shoot, as there were many actors involved in the scenes. When more questions came his way, he evaded them and left the spot.
