A few days ago, there was a rumour that NTR has copied the negative role that Puri Jagannadh narrated to him and used it in Jai Lava Kusa. A report in the media said Puri Jagannadh was shocked after seeing the trailer of Jai which was released recently. Apparently, Puri Jagannadh has narrated a story to NTR in which the character is a devotee of Ravana and has the stammering problem.
"Puri had narrated a story to NTR a few years ago. Puri's script is the story of a martial arts artist with a stammering problem. The same story was narrated to Allu Arjun as well. Incidentally, both of them rejected the story and moved on with their other commitments. Apart from the stammering, there is no other coincidence whatsoever," a source said.
" There is nothing like copying. Puri and NTR still have highest regards to each other and they do not give a damn to this controversy and rumours," the source added. Besides the character of Jai, there are two more roles in the movie - Lava and Kusa also being done by NTR.
