Usually, it would be the brands which require a ridiculous trademark. But these days, even celebrities need a trademark to distinguish themselves. However, it's ridiculous and absolutely stupid as changing a letter or adding one is not going to be a big deal.

Anyways, recently, a Particular celebrity has trademarked a title in order to show his muscle. But, what if Mr.MK Stalin and Shri.Rajinikanth give trademarks to their tags and sue that celeb for claiming those to be his without their consent or approval! Of course, he is desperate to get both the tags for past 25 years, but none of them approved, and finally, he calls himself using those tags in his movies (Just like 100 days posters, success meets). What if, the tags are trademarked by the Original persons? It would be simply awful.

Now, we bring you the ridiculous trademarks ever done by celebrities,

1. Make America Great Again

American President Donald Trump applied to Trademark the phrase in 2012, but it wasn't awarded a trademark till 2015

2. Party Like it's 1989

Singer Taylor Swift's album '1989' came out in 2015 and from the album lyrics, "Party like it's 1989", "Nice to meet you, Where you been", "This Sick Beat" was trademarked by Taylor Swift

3. "That's Hot"

Paris Hilton trademark the term, "That's Hot" and she won an injunction against Hallmark Greeting Cards for using that phrase!

And just like the above personalities, if these two from Tamil Nadu have Trademarked their name tags, things would have been a lot better as a particular section of people are living under their tags, claiming themselves to be the same!

Thankfully, any language is not trademarked! A language is a means of communication. Only idiots make it a question of pride
