Remember Mamta Kulkarni, the heroine of the ’90s who has acted with top heroes like Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar? The actress disappeared into oblivion almost overnight.

The actress, now in her early 40s, has apparently turned spiritual and written a book called'Autobiography Of An Yogini'. This book is an eye-opener to many ignorants. and is said to have emerged from the churning ' manthan '  of   her  12 years of spiritual endeavour/meditation .

The Bollywood siren in the Nineties, has resurfaced in news after disappearing from the limelight a decade ago. Mamta was last seen in Dev Anand's Censor which released in 2001.Mamta, now grey-haired and bespectacled, came into spotlight when a Dubai-based newspaper spotted her in Dubai jail. Earlier reports about Mamta suggested that she had shifted to Dubai with her boyfriend and international drug kingpin Vijay 'Vicky' Goswami.
