We ain't kidding though! The Government of Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Department has issued a smart family card with Kajal Aggarwal face over it. So let's go back into the details. Saroja (42) hails from Kamalapuram and she recently got her Family card.
She was in a state of shock as she received smart card instead. Also, instead of her photo, there was actress Kajal Aggarwal's face. She was shell shocked due to this and she complained to authorities. Even after loads of complaints, so far no action has been taken. That's Tamil Nadu Government for you!
