The lively and beautiful Sai Pallavi who gained fame with her very first movie Premam in Malayalam, made a grand debut in Tollywood as well, with her July Release Fidaa. The film received accolades for Sai Pallavi's portrayal of an energetic young girl Bhanumathi and turned out to be a comeback for Shekar Kammula.
Cashing in on the success of Fidaa and the Pimple Beauty Sai Pallavi's craze among Telugu youth, while many producers are waiting to get her dates for their projects, there are plans to release an existing film of Sai Pallavi too. The film is gonna be the Telugu dubbed version of her Malayalam hit Kali, in which she was paired with Dulquer Salmaan.
Titled Hey Pillagada, this movie directed by Cinematographer Samir Tahir has Sai Pallavi in a new avatar. After playing a teacher and a young Telangana beauty, Sai Pallavi will be seen as Dulquer's wife in Hey Pillagada, in a character that demands her to deal with a terrifying situation on a road trip and also deal with her husband's anger management issues. The film is set to release late November.
