While the shocking exit of Mozart of Madras, AR Rahman from the big budget Tollywood extravaganza Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy is yet to even subside, the multiple Oscar award winning music composer is in news yet again, with his rumored association with a movie.
This time around, it's not gonna be an international project, or any project in his very own Tamil industry, but it's gonna be a Malayalam flick. The industry is abuzz with rumors that AR Rahman has been approached to compose music for the upcoming big-budget entertainer Aadujeevitham starring Prithviraj. Directed by renowned maker Blessy, this film is an adaptation of Malayalam writer Benyamin's book of the same name.
It must be noted that, after AR Rahman made his film debut with the blockbuster Roja directed by Maverick maker Maniratnam, his second movie was the Malayalam action thriller Yodha released in 1992. If AR Rahman accepts the proposal to be a part of Aadujeevitham, it will be the composer's return to Mollywood after a huge gap of 25 years.
