Young hero Akhil, the youngest of the Akkineni family, made a disastrous debut with VV Vinayak directorial Akhil. After a gap of 2 years, the energetic youngster has made a return to silver screens with experienced maker Vikram Kumar, in his latest offering, Hello. Let us see if Akhil has passed the acid test this time, in this exclusive Hello first report by team AP Herald.


The movie revolves around a young boy, who misses his soulmate in childhood, and finds her 15 years later, only to miss the phone which connected them. How he finds and reunites with his long-lost first love, after overcoming the challenges posed by the deadly villain and fate is what Hello is all about.



Akhil has shown a huge improvement in his histrionics compared to his debut and has impressed with his perfect dialogue delivery and stunning dances. Debutant Kalyani Priyadarshan is a charm, and she makes a fine debut getting her expressions right.


Veterans Ramya Krishnan and Jagapathi Babu are given good supporting roles, and Ajay is at his evil best. With beautiful numbers by Anup Rubens and stunning visuals by PS Vinod, Vikram Kumar has delivered a light-hearted love story with some interesting twists and gets Akhil his first success and a perfect relaunch.
