As we have said earlier, Priyanka Chopra is no longer a National Treasure. She is now an International treasure and a leading Hollywood actress. Currently, she is busy in working for the new season of the famous TV series 'Quantico'.
In this case, the actress has been upset and her mood is off as she could not attend the convocation ceremony at Bareilly International University, where she was supposed to receive an honorary doctorate. But due to the Winter season and the heavy snowfall Priyanka Chopra was unable to go in person to receive the honorary doctorate.
The flight which should go from Delhi was put on hold due to bad weather and snowfall. Priyanka Chopra immediately said she was upset and crestfallen as she couldn't make it. She also said she tried various other sources to get to the place, but the snowfall denied it. She further said, "I was in a good mood as I am going back to my native place Bareilly after 5 long years. But the winter season played spoilsport. I extend my gratitude to the University for understanding the situation."
