However she set her foot firm in Tollywood with Ye Maaya Chesave, Dookudu, and Brindavanam, and her roles in these movies, both girl next door cute looks and ultra glamorous appearances, won the Telugu audience, making her a top heroine in no time.
She went on to star in big-ticket films like SS Rajamouli's Eega, Mahesh Babu's Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu, Pawan Kalyan's Atharintiki Dhaaredhi, and many other blockbusters. On the other hand, she tried her hand at Tamil films too like Anjaan, Neethaane En Ponvasantham etc which bombed at the box office.
The Pallavaram babe was initially in love with actor Siddarth, and they broke up, and finally, she fell in love with Akkineni prince Nag Chaitanya and the lovebirds got married at Goa this October.
