Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja made a grand comeback to form with his latest release Raja the Great that had him playing a visually challenged guy who helps cops eliminate an antisocial element and help rescue the heroine Mehreen Pirzada from him. The film helped Dil Raju score a hit with Ravi Teja again after Bhadra and Anil Ravipudi scored a hat-trick.
Post the success of Raja the Great, Ravi Teja
was supposed to star in Tamil movie Bogan's remake with Debutant Lakshman, but
suddenly exited the project after creative differences. However he's now
committed to join hands with director Kalyan Krishna of Soggade Chinni Nayana
and Rarandoi Veduka Chudam fame for his upcoming flick which will begin
shooting next year beginning.
This movie, produced by Ram Talluri, has been tentatively
titled Nela Ticket, and will star Mumbai based hottie Malavika Sharma as Ravi
Teja's romantic interest. Meanwhile, it has been revealed that Kalyan Krishna
is planning to release in veteran hero Jagapathi Babu to play the evil, Stylish
villain in this family entertainer. An official confirmation is awaited on
Jagapathi Babu's presence in Nela Ticket.
