Actor Siddharth, who was known for his lover boy roles and family hero roles in movies like Boys, Nuvvosthanante Nenoddantana, Bommarillu, Koncham ishtam Koncham kashtam, Kadhalil Sothappuvathu Yeppadi, Theeya Vela seiyanum Kumaru to name a few, slowly transformed to performing movies with immense variation, like kaaviya thalaivan, Jil Jung Juk, and Udhayam NH4.
Though he was trying to be different and was also delivering neat and marketable content, commercial success was always eluding him ever since he lost his Midas touch after Koncham ishtam Koncham kashtam. However recently he made a splendid comeback in an all-new avatar as a hero of a horror flick Aval / Gruham, which was directed by debutant Milind Rau, and went on to become a huge success.
It has now been reported that Siddharth will next join hands with Director Gopi Nainar, who delivered a huge blockbuster with Nayanthara starrer Aramm, which, besides earning critical acclaim also became a commercial victory. Gopi will next be directing Siddharth in a quickie which he'll wrap Before April so that he'll begin Aramm 2 with Nayanthara again.
