But a little-known fact is that the forever young and handsome hero has had his share in the delay of his former heroine's movie.
Yes, the movie is mentioned above is none other than social thriller flick Bhaagamathie starring Anushka Shetty, who was Suriya's costar in blockbuster flicks Singam, Singam 2 and Si 3. Bhaagamathie was initially scheduled to join the Sankranthi race alongside movies like Agnyaathavaasi, Jai Simha, and Rangula Ratnam, but was later out of the race for reasons unknown then.
Now it was revealed by Suriya himself with his speech in the pre-release event of Gang held recently, where he thanked UV creations and Prabhas for helping ease the release of Gang and getting adequate screens for the movie, by Pushing Bhaagamathie, which is also produced by UV creations and released in Tamil by studio green. Now Bhaagamathie will release worldwide on January 26. It should be noted that Anushka also conveyed the producers to postpone the release and helped her 'Singam' co-star.
