It's a known fact that the 2014 Bollywood superhit Queen that was directed by Vikas Bahl and won its heroine Kangana Ranaut the national award for best actress, is currently being remade in various South languages with a different cast and different directors.
While the Tamil and Kannada versions, Paris Paris starring Kajal Aggarwal and Butterfly starring Parul Yadav respectively, are directed by Kannada actor turned Director Ramesh Aravind, the Telugu version starring Tamannaah, titled Queen Again and Malayalam version Zam Zam starring Manjima Mohan are both directed by Neelakanta.
However, it has been rumored that Neelakanta is no more directing the Telugu version queen again, as there were arguments and creative differences between Tamannaah and Neelakanta, which ultimately angered the maker who quit the movie. However, Neelakanta will still be directing Zam Zam in Malayalam. Now, the patchwork shooting for Telugu version is in fray again.
