Despite being known as one of the Top directors of Tollywood, Srinu Vytla hasn't actually scored a blockbuster after the superstar Mahesh Babu starrer Dookudu, with Jr NTR starrer Badshah alone doing average business, and his next ventures Aagadu, Bruce Lee and Mister turning out to be colossal disasters of epic proportions.
While his failure was attributed primarily to his fallout with writer Kona Venkat, even after so many huge failures, Srinu Vytla has now bagged yet another opportunity, which will most probably be an acid test of sorts and a do or die flick, and will star mass Maharaja Ravi Teja in the lead role.
Bankrolled by Mythri movie makers, the hunt for finalizing the lead heroine for this movie is on, and this movie will begin shooting from April after Ravi Teja wraps up his Kalyan Krishna movie. The makers are planning to title the movie as Amar Akbar Anthony, and this movie marks Srinu Vytla - Ravi Teja combo after Venky and Dubai Seenu.
