Actor Rajeev Kanakala's mother Lakshmi Devi Kanakala took her last breath earlier today and she is 78 years old. Lakshmi Devi is currently an acting instructor at a Film Institute along with her hubby Devadas Kanakala.
As per reports, she passed away due to old age ailments. She was supported by her husband Devadas, son Rajeev, and Daughter-in-Law Suma. Her husband Devadas is also a Telugu actor and he has acted in several Tollywood movies for the past 4 decades.
Both Lakshmi and Devadas started a film institute together and Lakshmi Devi was the principal of that institute. She often wanted to shape young talents and she also got them the right chances. Rajeev Kanakala is a famous TV artist and he married TV anchor Suma in 1999.
Lakshmi during one of her interviews confessed that Suma was her own daughter. Movie Artistes Association (MAA) President Sivaji Raja and Secretary VK Naresh expressed their condolences. On behalf of Team APHERALD, We pray for her soul to Rest in Peace!
