Akkineni prince Nag Chaitanya, who's on a high in his personal life with his marriage to his love Samantha Akkineni last October, however, has been having a poor phase in his career, as his last few flicks like Rarandoi Veduka Chudam and Yudhdham Sharanam turned out to be ultimate disasters.
Currently, the young hero is shuttling between the shoot locations of two films, the first being Savyasachi. The movie is directed by Chandoo Mondeti of Karthikeya and Premam fame and has Nidhi Agerwal paired with him, while Tamil handsome hunk Madhavan plays a negative role, with Bhumika paired to him, in the movie dealing with alien hand syndrome.
The other movie, being shot simultaneously, is the family flick directed by Comic movie maker Maruthi, Shailaja Reddy Alludu. Costarring Ramya Krishnan and Anu Emmanuel paired to Chay, the film is progressing at a rapid pace, and while Savyasachi aims a late summer release, Shailaja Reddy Alludu plans an October - November release.
